Elizabeth Stalfort is an associate focusing on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. Elizabeth has represented commercial lenders, loan purchasers, and investors in distressed assets in both secured and unsecured capacities in connection with loan workouts, bankruptcies, foreclosures, judgment executions, commercial collection matters, and related litigation.
Elizabeth received her law degree for the University of Richmond where she graduated cum laude. Prior to attending law school, Elizabeth obtained her Master of Social Work from Tulane University in 2017 and worked as social worker in New Orleans.
Elizabeth attended Wake Forest University for her undergrade degree and shortly after graduating moved to South Africa. Elizabeth continues to travel in her spare time and has been to 50 countries.
