Jennifer Malow’s practice focuses on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, commercial litigation, and corporate disputes.  Jennifer also assists in commercial and financial transactions. Jennifer has represented a broad range of clients, including multinational financial institutions, international corporations, governmental entities, and small and local businesses.  Irrespective of her client’s size and breadth, Jennifer employs the same targeted, thoughtful, and thorough approach to achieve the client’s optimal outcome.


Prior to joining Gebhardt & Smith, Jennifer served as a judicial law clerk for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court of the Southern District of New York and the Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Delaware Superior Court.


Jennifer earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was Executive Editor of the Food and Drug Law Journal.  During law school, Jennifer was a Student Honors Program Intern for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Corporation Finance and a research assistant for Professor Chris Brummer, assisting him in writing the first law school textbook on Cryptoassets.

 
Jennifer graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2016 with a B.A. in Economics and Public Policy Studies and a minor in Corporate Strategy.
