For more than thirty years, the group has advised and assisted its financial services clients in large syndicated multi-bank loan transactions, real estate financings, asset based lending transactions, health care lending, communications lending, and sports financing. The Financial Transactions Group also represents its financial services clients in a myriad of middle market financing transactions, including franchise financings, SBA and other government guaranteed loans, real estate acquisitions and development loans, construction and permanent real estate financings, and equipment leases.
