Michael D. Nord Partner

Michael Nord is a partner at Gebhardt & Smith where he represents regulated and unregulated financial institutions including national and community banks, REITS, insurance companies, equipment financing companies, and funds in matters that include restructuring of loan facilities, loan sales, bankruptcy, foreclosures, commercial litigation and collection. Financial institutions have relied upon him as outside legal counsel to develop forms and programs to further their commercial business objectives.

He earned his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Michael studied Communications and Economics as an undergraduate at University of Michigan, earning a B.A. in each.
